Pre-Season Tune-up
Air Conditioning and Heating Equipment require routine monitoring, adjustments, periodic cleaning, and eventually replacement of parts.    Regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance are often required to maintain the original equipment manufactures warranty (OEM).  A Pre season maintenance will keep you Air Conditioner running at its peak performance and efficiency.
Maintain your equipment to prevent future problems and unwanted costs. Keep your cooling and heating system at peak performance by having a Control Air of Southern Nevada, LLC do annual pre-season check-ups. Contractors get busy once summer and winter come, so it's best to check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall. To remember, you might plan the check-ups around the time changes in the spring and fall.  Most people don't call to schedule an appointment for a  tune-up until  its too late when your Air Conditioner or Heater fails.   Don't wait until this happens, its not good for the Air Conditioning Equipment.

Change your air filter regularly

Check your filter every month, especially during heavy use months (winter and summer). If the filter looks dirty after a month, change it. At a minimum, change the filter every 3 months. A dirty filter will slow down air flow and make the system work harder to keep you warm or cool — wasting energy. A clean filter will also prevent dust and dirt from building up in the system — leading to expensive maintenance and/or early system failure.

Inadequate pre season maintenance for you air conditioner is the lead cause of air conditioning and heating malfunctions, poor performance and inefficiency.  Neglecting a pre season maintenance may lead to a major failure and increased energy consumption.
